What to Expect
Behaviour Rehab Board & Train is a minimum four-week, home-based program designed to help dogs with mild to moderate behavioural challenges while building calmer, more reliable behaviour both on and off leash.
During their stay, your dog becomes part of our household while receiving daily training focused on improving focus, confidence, impulse control, and obedience. Training is incorporated throughout the day through structured sessions, routines, carefully managed exposure, exercise, enrichment, and appropriate rest.
Every dog receives an individualized training plan based on their behaviour, history, temperament, and goals. Throughout the program, you'll receive regular updates on your dog's progress.
At the end of the program, we'll provide a comprehensive go-home session where you'll learn how to maintain your dog's progress. Three follow-up sessions and ongoing text and email support are also included.

Designed for dogs 6 months of age and older.

This program is designed for dogs with mild to moderate behavioural challenges, including reactivity, overexcitement, and poor impulse control.
This program is not suitable for dogs with a bite history. An in-person evaluation is required before enrollment.

A 30-minute in-person meet and greet is required for all Behaviour Rehab Board & Train applicants. This allows us to observe your dog's behaviour, discuss your goals, review their history, and determine the most appropriate training approach.
The evaluation fee is $50 + tax and will be credited toward your program if you choose to enroll within 48 hours.

A slip leash or prong collar (as needed), a place cot and a E-Technologies Mini Educator E-Collar are included with the program.
